The folks at the Long Island LUG asked me to give my DIY 3D Printing & the Makerbot Thing-O-Matic presentation, which will happen 11 October at 8 pm. Details & directions at lilug.org.

    Ed,

    From looking at your slides this will be a great presentation. Unfortunately I live in Va and won’t be able to be there. Any chance there will be a video?

      Any chance there will be a video?

      Their videographer won’t be there, but I think they’ll do an audio recording from the podium mic. In principle, one could merge audio with slides and create a complete show-in-a-box, but AFAICT that’s beyond LibreOffice’s capabilities at the moment. If the recording works out, I’ll add that to the To-Do list…
