Bird Box: Flowing Ice Sheet

It’s early springtime in the Hudson Valley:

The birds have been making companionable springtime noises, but it’ll be a while before the nesting season starts up.

        The chickadees are in good flesh and bullish (“You are what you eat”) sunflower seeds, crushed corn, wheat, millet, sorghum, peanut, hemp seeds and buckwheat.

          The wildlife is waking up to the spring season: a svelte groundhog (marmot, whistle pig, whatever) just trotted across the back yard.
