		<description><![CDATA[The &quot;Abacore&quot; was a &#039;&#039;full size&#039; sub. Imagine how cramped it was in the British midget subs with a 4 man crew, or the Japanese two man versions.
I was on one of the British ones (HMS Sprat), as a visitor, many moons ago, there was barely room to move and when &#039;they&#039; attached limpet mines the diver had to get &#039;kitted up&#039; inside then exit through the &#039;wet and dry&#039; compartement and come back the same way when it was all over.]]></description>
